i set a goal a few months ago to lose 10 pounds by christmas. honestly… i was too scared to weigh myself cuz i knew what i had been eating with all the holiday treats and how little i was exercising. but, i sucked it up and stepped on the scale this morning, and not only did i lose 10 pounds, i lost 12!!! i’m pretty darn happy!
i’m getting a new shift at work starting with the new year: mon-thurs from 1pm-10pm. so my new goal is to workout at the gym every morning that i have work. and then on my days off do a bike ride or yoga or something. obviously i’ll have to take a break for my surgery, but i’ll start back up once the doc clears me!

haha, thanks. i understand. i just gained about 10 pounds when i was working for the bakery and wanted to get back to the weight i was before that job! now i’m focusing more on strength training for work.
